01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and WinLuck ("WinLuck," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winluck.app and its associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by WinLuck, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner.

These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to the Platform or the date of your account registration, whichever is earlier. WinLuck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the WinLuck Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling and online gaming is 21 years. WinLuck strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or play.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to register accounts or participate in games.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of WinLuck, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform by WinLuck for any reason.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and services on WinLuck, you must register a player account. The following terms govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. WinLuck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify WinLuck immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

WinLuck supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. WinLuck does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. WinLuck may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Processing times vary by payment method. WinLuck endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside its control, including the processing schedules of third-party payment providers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. WinLuck reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated within the Platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, WinLuck may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method that WinLuck determines to be abusive will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. WinLuck reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• WinLuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the WinLuck Platform — including but not limited to Ocean Lord, Caishen Fishing, Jackpot Fishing, God Fish Slicing, Color Game, Callbreak, and Sports Events — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

• All games on WinLuck use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by WinLuck, its staff, or any player.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on WinLuck's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, WinLuck will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be refunded at WinLuck's discretion.
• For Sports Events, all bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC).

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinLuck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorized by WinLuck.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to WinLuck immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward WinLuck staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

WinLuck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. WinLuck employs age verification procedures and will suspend any account where the account holder cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for any real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break from gaming may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting WinLuck support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without delay.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

WinLuck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. WinLuck is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraudulent conduct or a material breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting WinLuck support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the WinLuck Platform — including but not limited to the WinLuck name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of WinLuck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any WinLuck trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of WinLuck's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinLuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

WinLuck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your WinLuck account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WinLuck makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. WinLuck does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to WinLuck. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, WinLuck collects personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity and age, process payments, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements), and provide customer support. WinLuck does not sell your personal information to third parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms

WinLuck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WinLuck will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.

The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the WinLuck Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent WinLuck from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
