No. Each player is allowed only one WinLuck account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page instead of creating a new account.

Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot Password." Enter the mobile number linked to your WinLuck account and you'll receive an OTP via SMS. Enter the OTP , set your new password, and you're back in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact WinLuck support at the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

Log in to your WinLuck account and go to your Profile settings. You can update your display name, email address, and notification preferences there. For changes to your registered mobile number or government ID details, contact support directly — these require identity verification for security reasons.

WinLuck supports the most popular Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
